● If the issue is from Brite Book’s side, the product will be exchanged at our cost.

● If the issue arises from the buyer’s end, delivery charges will apply.

● If any pages are misprinted, customers are requested to send the page numbers or clear pictures of the misprinted pages via WhatsApp at 0326 9400616

● You will be provided with the PDF of the correct pages without needing to return the book.

● The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

● No exchange will be entertained 3-Days after order is delivered.

● Syllabus-based/Exam-based and Job-related books are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.
